Today’s question was submitted by Rhonda and she said:

Judy,

I heard your radio show where you were talking about how you struggled with panic attacks for 24 years and how you finally eliminated them from your life. Your success in eliminating panic attacks and overcoming all your struggles is what made me want to reach out to you for help.

I have been struggling with panic attacks on and off for about 10 years and I’m finding myself spiraling downward from trying to deal with them, like you did during your life mess. I have had a lot of people tell me that meditation would help, however, I have tried that and haven’t had much success with it. Maybe it’s that I’m not meditating the right way?

So my questions is, did you use meditation to eliminate your panic attacks? Do you think meditation would help if I learned how to do it the right way?
