Have you ever said any of the following?

“Where’s that girl/guy I used to be?”

“I wish I could find that person I once was.”

“I don’t even know what I’m passionate about anymore.”

“I don’t even know what I’m supposed to be doing now.”

“I just feel so lost.”

    Hey Judy,

Great video. Re-framing how you speak your words into existence. An example could be, why am I always broke all the time? It boils down to how you communicate with yourself. Instead of saying that, say, “What can I do to enjoy the riches in my life”, or something to that effect. Words are powerful. Thanks for the reminder Judy!

Thanks for the advice and I agree. You have to keep developing yourself, if that’s who you really are lost feelings will diminish.
